The cottage is situated on London Road, Garndolbenmaen. From the pavement walk up a few paces to the front door. There are 2 small steps into the lounge where there are various items of furniture. There is one step into the kitchen and also one step into the bathroom.
The staircase has quite narrow treads and has a handrail on the left hand side as you go up to the first floor. Once upstairs it is all on one level. Each bedroom is fully furnished.
The garden is accessed via the kitchen and there are a number of steps with varying rises and depths and a slate path with small varying rises which leads you through the garden.
